Terms and Conditions

1. Business
Khushiuka Tech is a Software Company based in Gaya, Bihar, India.

3. Delivery Timelines and Support
Clients are expected to provide timely inputs and approvals. Delays from the client's side may result in extra charges, either per day or based on the work pending. Bug fixing support is available free of charge for 1 year after delivery. Feature modifications are chargeable separately.
Support hours: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM IST. Expected response time: within 4 working hours.
4. Payments
Payment terms are as follows:
- For hosted websites or apps: Hosting charges + 50% advance of project cost.
- For other projects: 50% of the total cost as advance.
Accepted payment methods: UPI and Bank Transfer.
Delayed payments beyond 30 days may attract penalties. All project information, progress tracking, invoices, and support tickets are managed through our Project Management Portal.
5. Refunds and Cancellations
- No refunds for completed work or purchased resources.
- Clients may cancel projects, but no code or deliverables will be shared until payments are fully cleared.
- Initial consultations are free.
6. Intellectual Property
All project deliverables become the client’s property upon full payment. If the project is done on a deferred payment plan, ownership remains with Khushiuka Tech until dues are cleared. Code may be reused in deferred payment projects.
Khushiuka Tech may display the client’s website name, link, and testimonial on our website and Google Business Profile.
7. Data Privacy
Clients are free to choose and manage their own hosting provider. Hosting server is solely responsible for data protection. Khushiuka Tech is not liable for any data breach, hosting failure, or credential misuse. Clients are responsible for managing and securing their access credentials.
8. Limitation of Liability
Khushiuka Tech is not responsible for:
- Hosting/server outages
- Security breaches on client-selected servers
- Client-side misuse or data loss
- Any loss of revenue or business
9. AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract)
A paid AMC can be availed for bug fixing after the 1-year free support period, along with security updates and version upgrades.
